Shipments of wasteTransboundary movement of waste is regulated in Regulation 1013/2006 on shipment of waste. Under these rules waste can either be shipped as greenlisted waste or the waste has to be notified.
Shipment of used electronicsThe Danish EPA's guide on minimum packaging requirements for used electronics intended for export. If the instructions in the guide are not followed, the used electronics will normally be considered waste, to which special rules apply.
The Danish National Waste RegisterForeign waste conveyor, broker, dealer and collector must be registered in the Danish National Waste Register.
