Statutory Orders and guidelines

The Environmental Protection Agency has issued various Statutory Orders over the years, which regulate air pollution from specific types of industries and plants, including branch-related Statutory Orders.

Statutory Orders (in Danish)

  • Statutory Order no. 808 of 25 September 2003 on limiting certain air pollutants from large combustion plants
  • Statutory Order no. 162 of 11 March 2003 on waste incineration plants
  • Statutory Order no. 1637 of 13 December 2006 on biomass waste
  • Statutory Order no. 621 of 23 June 2005 on limiting emissions of nitrogen oxides, unburnt hydrocarbon and carbon monoxide etc. from motors and turbines
  • Statutory Order no. 350 of 29 May 2002 on limiting emissions of volatile organic compounds in connection with the use of organic solvents in certain activities and plants
  • Statutory order no. 852 of 11 November 1995 on the control of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions resulting from the storage of petrol and its distribution from terminals to service stations
  • Statutory Order no. 366 of 15 April 2011 relating to the quality of petrol and diesel fuels
  • Statutory Order no. 80 of 11 January 2010 on establishing and operating dry cleaning services
  • Statutory Order no. 922 of 5 December 1997 on establishing and operating vehicle repair shops
  • Statutory Order no. 792 of 15 December 1988 limiting asbestos emissions from industrial plants
