Fees for inspections and environmental permits

Fees are charged from companies, livestock farms, facilities and others to partly cover the costs incurred by local and central government authorities in connection with:

1. Environmental permits and other tasks in accordance with Chapter 5; and environmental inspections in accordance with Chapter 9 of the Danish Environmental Protection Act (Bekendtgørelse af lov om miljøbeskyttelse, LBK nr. 879 af 26/06/2010).
   
2. Environmental permits in accordance with Chapter 3, tasks in accordance with Chapter 4 and environmental inspections in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Danish Livestock Act (Bekendtgørelse af lov om miljøgodkendelse m.v. af husdyrbrug, LBK nr. 1486 af 04/12/2009).

Charges for approval and inspection are payable according to the following hourly rates:

• 2010: DKK 286.28
• 2011: DKK 288.58
• 2012: DKK 295.22
